目的 运用数据挖掘方法分析总结王垂杰教授治疗慢性胃病的用药经验；
材料与方法 收集王垂杰导师2015年10月～2016年1月在辽宁中医药大学附属医院国医堂门诊诊治慢性胃病相关典型病例175例，通过Excel导出用药频数分析，运用SPSS19.0统计软件对筛选出的高频药物（频数大于20的35味药物）进行R型系统聚类分析，运用SPSSClementine12.0统计软件对高频药物（频数大于20的35味药物）进行关联规则分析。
结果 共录入病例175例，共分证型14种，应用中药113味，总用药频次2612次，频数大于等于20次的药物35味；聚类分析结果：从聚二类到聚六类中，聚四类的结果相对于其他分类较为合理；关联规则得出二元药物关联24对、三元药物关联26组、四元药物关联8组、五元药物关联1组；
结论 导师所治疗慢性胃病中以胃痛和胃痞病最多；证型以肝胃郁热、肝胃不和、脾胃湿热等实证为主；用药以理气药、补气药、清热药和化湿药四大类为主；得出治疗慢性胃病基础方3个；常用药对13对；得出导师治疗慢性胃病中肝胃不调证核心方药组合为：柴胡、栀子、黄连、陈皮、甘草；导师治疗慢性胃病的常用治法有疏肝和胃，清热化湿，健脾理气，行气止痛。
