Summarize the present emergency situations of wars and green house effects and climate changes impacts, propose how to prevent and cease wars and green house effects and climate changes impacts.

The World Meteorological Organization (WMO) has officially confirmed that 2023 is the warmest year on record, by a huge margin. And WMO confirms that 2023 smashes global temperature record.The news released at 12 January 2024 by WMO[1].

The WMO another report said that the new scientific reports and papers published to inform the UN Climate Change negotiations, COP28, show that the world continues to head in the wrong direction[2].

It is true that the world has been continuing to head in the wrong direction for the controlling the green house effcts and climate change impacts. It is clear that everywhere in China all air conditioners, ice chestn and refrigerators have been consuming and emitting the Freon and alike chemicals. So as the other countries. And it is more shame that the war in Gaza and Ukraine have been going on and on in front of the very worse ability world leaders with genocide and climate change impacts without any doing. Where like the other wars people have been dying by the latest waves of wars in Gaza and Ukraine. Even the babies have to be under the big bombs, homeless, foodless and warmless.

Now it is time and imperative to change and reform the wrong direction and the worse management, ugly leadering. So I propose the right direction doing and the better leadering actions as follows:

1. The Global Atmosphere Watch (GAW) not only observes, analyses and publishes greenhouse gas data of Carbon Dioxide (CO2) (incl. Δ14C, δ13C and δ18O in CO2, and O2/N2 Ratios), Methane (CH4), Nitrous Oxide (N2O), Halocarbons and SF6, Molecular Hydrogen (H2), collected by fifty countries worldwide from the High Arctic to the South Pole. But also observes, analyses and publishes greenhouse gas data of all air conditioners, ice chestn and refrigerators. And based on the new data, proposed to the world leaders and organizations to cease the air conditioners, ice chestn and refrigerators and their prime chemicals.

2. The World Meteorological Organization should create new watching organs to observes, statitics, analyses, monitor and publishes the datas of space adventures, launching satellites and their climate changes impacts .
