So as the climate changes impacts has been being uncontrolled up to now. The dry, natural disasters, glacier melting, emerging infections epidemic out breaking worldwide and emerging new diseases have been being suffered from by the Earth men. The energy has been being the critical living factor as the social development and population growth. The wars, bleeding, confrontation and conflicts have aroused for fighting for energy as the energy demand has been being huger and huger. All the reasons and the syndromes of environmental pollution and climate changes impacts have indicated that mankind must mitigate the environmental pollution and climate changes impacts as soon as possible, So the clean energy and new energy exploition and development have been the central direction around the world at present. The solar energy, wind energy have been well researched and applied and their electric have been lighting lots of family and factories. But the present clean energy like solar energy, wind energy have been being lots of shortcomings, like occupying and losing huge gold like land of soil and the cost is huge, et al.. So it is imperative to develop new ways for new clean energy. I have invented and created new exploition and development for producing new clean energy. Here are two concepts and strategies.

The first concept and strategy as follow:

It is well known that the atmosphere and air in and around the Earth must have temperature and the temperature has been being constantly changing. The temperature between the mankind residences and the upper air must have differences and have been changing constantly. The temperature energy contained in the atmosphere and air in and around the Earth can be captured by modern science and technology. The changing temperature between the mankind residences and the upper air around the Earth must also provide chances for mankind to capture the valuable new clean energy. This concept and strategy can not occupy and lose huge gold like land of soil and may be the cost is cheap. The building material may be saved.

The second concept and strategy as:

We can capture the solar energy in the air or atmosphere. By floating carrier and modern science and technology, the solar energy in the air or atmosphere can be captured constantly if we put the floating carrier in the upper air where can eliminate the bad influences by cloud, weather and the fog. This concept and strategy can also not occupy and lose huge gold like land of soil and may be the cost is cheap. The building material may be saved.

The same research and application have not been found reporting up to now. Therefore, these two concepts and strategies invented and created by me can bring breakthrough value of new clean energy. If the national or private departments, institutes or companies or any interesting unit around the world invest in the projects. The huge social and economic harvests must be great. As the modern science and technology and the basic primary mechanism on the ground have been developed. So it is very valuable to publish these concepts and strategies for reference, cooperation and development for promoting health and sustainable development on the space.
