摘要
【Abstract】Objective: To explore the application value of magnetic resonance high-resolution T2WI-BLADE technique in the classification of uterine leiomyomas.
Methods: A total of 20 patients with uterine leiomyomas confirmed in our hospital from November 2023 to July 2024 were randomly selected. They underwent scans using the high-resolution oblique axial T2WI-BLADE sequence and the conventional high-resolution oblique axial T2WI sequence, respectively. Two radiologists with more than 10 years of experience scored the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), image artifacts, and the display of the relationship between leiomyomas and uterine walls in the two groups of images using a 5-point scale, followed by statistical analysis.
Results: The study showed that the SNR in the oblique axial T2WI-BLADE group was significantly higher than that in the conventional T2WI group. It effectively reduced motion artifacts caused by bladder or intestinal peristalsis and more clearly displayed the relationship between leiomyomas and uterine walls, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).
Conclusion: Magnetic resonance high-resolution T2WI-BLADE sequence can effectively suppress motion artifacts, more accurately reflect the anatomical structure of the uterus, help observe the invasion range of leiomyomas, and thus facilitate clinical diagnosis and classification.
